The first session of IPAC’s public mental health program focused on self-acceptance and self-care, encouraging participants to reconnect with their physical and emotional wellbeing amid the demands of everyday life.
In the unprecedented year of 2020, mental health concerns became an increasingly prominent issue across North American society. In response, the International Psychology Association of Canada (IPAC) once again partnered with LingYu International Psychology Center to deliver a series of five public group counselling sessions, aiming to provide meaningful, professional psychological support for the community.
