This is a community-driven, non-profit initiative. We believe that self-care should not be expensive or complicated. It can be as simple as taking a deep breath for a minute, or pausing to notice and write down your emotions.
The Self-care Toolkit is designed to provide free and accessible mental health support tools for the Toronto community. Whether you are a student navigating stress or someone living alone and building a life in the city, this is a small “healing corner” created for you.
Includes the full self-help guide along with printable worksheets that can be reused. It is recommended to print on Letter-size paper.
