This is a community-driven, non-profit initiative designed and launched by Echo Yu and her teammates. They believe that self-care should not be expensive or complicated. It can be as simple as taking a deep breath for one minute, or pausing to notice and write down your emotions.
The Self-care Toolkit is designed to provide free and accessible mental health support tools for the Toronto community. Whether you are a student navigating stress or someone living alone and building a life in the city, this is a small “healing corner” created for you.
IPAC offers in-person, theme-based light mental wellness group programs and workshops designed to support emotional wellbeing and community connection within Chinese communities.
Through culturally grounded celebrations inspired by traditional Chinese festivals, IPAC brings diverse community members together to foster wellbeing, belonging, and connection.
IPAC hosts community mental health talks and roundtable conversations that promote emotional awareness, wellbeing skills, and culturally responsive support within Chinese communities.
